Child Safety and Parent Guidance
Afaq is intended to be a safe learning space and should be used with family supervision.
Parent supervision
A parent or guardian should review the service and approve a child's use where required by law, including any optional external contact such as WhatsApp.
Personal information
Children should not share an address, school, phone number, photos, or passwords in exercises. Use only an appropriate learning name.
Communication and reports
Afaq does not provide public chat rooms for children. Report inappropriate content or a safety concern through the contact page immediately.
Deletion
A parent or guardian may request deletion of a child's account and data. We will request enough information to verify the request, never the child's password.
